I had a mostly positive stay at Travelodge Cambridge Central. The location was convenient and the staff were friendly. However, some aspects like the room's smell and lack of soap next to the basin left room for improvement.
The room was clean, though it had a strange damp smell that lingered. I also noted that there was no soap next to the basin, which was an inconvenience.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. A warm welcome and prompt service made the check-in process smooth, but the toilet in the reception area left much to be desired.
The hotel’s location was very convenient, being close to dining options and the theatre. It was easy to get around Cambridge from there, making my stay enjoyable.
The breakfast offered was decent for the price, providing a good start for the day. However, I wouldn't recommend it for longer stays as it might become repetitive.
Basic amenities were present, but I found the overall décor a bit plain. The lack of a power socket by the beds was a minor inconvenience.

I had a pleasant stay at Travelodge Cambridge Central, thanks to the clean rooms and helpful staff. The location is convenient, with plenty of eateries nearby. However, I did find it quite warm at times, even with the air conditioning on.
